How do we get there?

  • Prior to the start of the week, we’ll send over some questions that will help us dig a little deeper into you and your business. This helps our team understand your needs and build the framework of your visual identity and craft a narrative that authentically represents your brand ethos.

  • We’ll begin with a bright and early kick-off call to go over any lingering questions and set expectations for the week. We’ll review your goals and priorities, ensuring we’re aligned with your brand vision.

We will develop 2-3 moodboards for you to review. By early afternoon, we will present these options to you, and based on your feedback, finalize one as the creative direction. Once locked in, we’ll move into the initial concept development phase for the rest of the day.

  • Today is a full, behind-the-scenes creative day for us. We’ll be focusing on refining brand concepts and assembling your Brand Presentation. This includes exploring tagline options and defining your Brand Statement. We may send a quick update if needed, but otherwise, expect a quieter day from us while we work on building your brand foundation.

  • We’ll kick things off with a call to discuss the web strategy. We’ll talk about the key elements you want your website to include, such as content, features, and user experience. This is your chance to share any inspiration or specific preferences for the site design.

After the call, we’ll begin the wireframing process, setting up the structure of your site and ensuring that it aligns with your brand vision. We’ll also review your existing content (if any) and start working on website copy where needed. This will set the stage for development on Day 5.

  • Today is all about bringing your website to life. We’ll take the wireframes and content strategy and start designing the website, paying close attention to user experience, visual consistency, and brand integration. By the end of the day, we should have a solid first draft ready for review.

  • We’ll send over the first version of your website for you to preview. This is your opportunity to review the design, content, and functionality, making notes on any adjustments you’d like.

We’ll hop on a call to review your feedback together, addressing any questions or concerns. After the call, we’ll get right into making the necessary tweaks to ensure everything meets your vision.

  • With your feedback in hand, we’ll spend the morning finalizing any remaining tweaks. After a final review and approval from you, we’ll prepare for the official launch.

It’s time to hit the ‘go live’ button! Your website will officially launch, and we’ll celebrate your new brand and online presence. We’ll also go over any next steps or ongoing support, ensuring you have everything you need moving forward.

  • This is the moment you’ve been waiting for! We’ll hand over all your final deliverables, so you can start sharing your new brand with the world and hit the ground running—scratch that—SPRINTING.

Memorable Sprints

Sprint FAQs

  • Not everyone needs a full brand identity right from the get-go. In fact, we discourage it more than you'd think. Yep, you read that right. The Brand Sprint is a 7 day process that isn't for everyone — but they are for…

    Early phase idea validation

If you’re still in the validation phase of your business (ie: there’s no demand for your product/service yet), this could be the right move for you. When you’ve got a solid client base or sales trajectory, we can build out the other parts of your brand as you grow.

    Businesses whose sales aren't brand-dependant

Some businesses need a full brand identity right away to attract customers, but if that's not your business, this might be for you. For example, if your brand is competing on shelves in a highly saturated space like CPG, you'll need thoughtful strategy and insights to inform your positioning and design. For something like this, we would recommend a full brand process.

We can help diagnose which path is best for your business. Reach out, and let's chat.

    Businesses seeking investment

You need something professional to share with investors, but your business model isn’t fully ironed out, you don’t have any sales, and you need something compelling that will give you the confidence to pitch and win over that perfect investor.

    Busy entrepreneurs with limited time

If you’re in the throngs of business ownership with new opportunities on the way, the Brand Sprint could be the refresh you need to support next-level growth. While this 5-day process requires decent availability on your end, some of our clients find it easier to dedicate themselves over this short period rather than a multi-month process.

  • Sometimes our clients need just a little bit more than what our base Sprint projects offer. There are many additional deliverables we can add-on to your Sprint project (either during the Sprint or after depending on how much time we need!), including everything listed below:

    • Iconography

    • Illustrations

    • Animations

    • Presentaton Templates

    • Brochures

    • Packaging

    • Signage

    • Merch

    • Squarespace website

    • Shopify website
